So that EVERYONE knows you’re HERE!
The Media Package (PDF, 39 kB) is mandatory for all gedatec exhibitors and ensures your digital presence on the website and in the app. You enter your information once and can make changes at any time.
In addition, you can optionally book an add-on to further increase your visibility. At the end of April 2026, you will receive an email with a link to edit your profile—including instructions in the Media Package Guide. Packages for main and co-exhibitors are available.
Exhibitor and product search
gedatec App
The exhibitor and product search is integrated into the gedatec website. Here, interested parties can find all exhibitor information quickly, conveniently and easily.
The gedatec app is the smart companion for on-site visits. The free app contains all exhibitor and product information, a detailed program overview and interactive hall plans. Available from September.
