Meeting room booking slots
Are you planning a meeting at gedatec, or do you need a room at short notice to hold discussions? With the digital booking tool, you can easily select an available slot and book the right room for a specific time.

Book early!
Make sure you secure the right slot in one of the meeting rooms well in advance.
How to book a slot:
• Book one or more available slots
• Select the day and time
• Choose the appropriate room
• You’ll receive your ticket by email after booking
• Arrive at the counter by the meeting rooms 5 minutes before your booked time
• Show your ticket to the hostess
• Hold your meetings and then dive back into the exciting sessions at gedatec
The meeting rooms will be available from 13 to 15 October 2026, from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
The rooms are located between Halls 1 and 2 on the mezzanine level. Please follow the signs on site.
• Booking in advance online: To book a slot, please select the day and the relevant time slot.
• Booking on site: Booking is straightforward via the gedatec website.
You’ll also find a QR code for on-site booking at the counter. The meeting rooms are available free of charge to wholesalers. To book free of charge, please ask the hostess for the discount code.
